That can be argued but I agree that it probably didn't have a major effect on the run. Despite this, I lost all respect for Tomlin. He was staring at the runner the entire time and it's pathetic how his motion to move out of the way involves him kicking out his foot forward

curious to see what he did before the play started to get over there, and if its something hes done before at big moments - just in case he had a shot to effect the play
