If Florida St. blows out the Gators this weekend it may do even more to fix our schedule problems.

As we all know the disparity between Florida and Tennessee has given Bama a big advantage in the compartive strengths of our respective schedules over the last several years.

These things tend to cycle so perhaps this is the beginning of a down cycle for the Gators, especially if the Seminoles really put it on them this weekend and it affects recruiting. Perhaps it would even lead to Muschamp being fired which would likely hurt both their recruiting and their program for the next couple of years.

LSU is due for a little of that "Bama luck" when it comes to our relative schedules, and perhaps we are about to reap some!

Serves Muschamp right for bring a douche. I bet he wishes he drew Miss State out of the West now instead of LSU. His macho "any team, any where" ain't going to help him keep his job.

I think they are fixing the inequity by bringing their good program down to Tennessee's mediocrity.

You're over thinking it. Florida is a good program and is still getting good recruits and will rebound

If you're looking for Florida to become like Tennessee has been, don't wish for them to fire Muschamp. My guess is they won't miss on the next hire.

Maybe, but there really isn't anyone out there right now that seems too scary as Muschamps replacement. There really aren't any "proven" HC's out there that seem available so that means they will likely have to take a chance on another assistant or a HC from a lower tier school.

On balance I think they are just as likely to get "Beliema" results as they are "Malzahn" results.

Florida is a top 3 job in college football. They'd have some very good candidates to choose from.

Why would I want Florida off the schedule? Easy win.

That's what he gets for not having a competent back-up QB that can throw the football. Out goes the drop back pro-style passer (Driskel) and in comes the DTQB that can run fast, but not much else.

That's what worries me about LSU next season. Don't know what JennSwag has since Miles hasn't let him play in any game except for a few QB sneaks. He may be another Murphy or another Winston. NOBODY knows since the head coach will not let him get in there and throw the freaking football. No reason for him not to be playing at least half the game against all the OOC "Sisters of the Poor" schools.

Don't know what Rivers has a pure passer either. No snaps. Rettig RS's. So I guess LSU will be starting over from scratch in the Spring with the two DT's and the two ST's.

I get that right now but why? Because I think football should be played on a level playing field. The rules of the game or set up so neither team has an advantage. Switching sides after each quarter is an example.

It is beyond rediculous that the SEC has a system set up that is not fair to all involved. It is also beyond rediculous to have a system that limits you chance to play teams in your own confernce only once a freaking decade!

Isn't Tressel eligible to return from coaching exile. Not a southern boy so don't think it's a fit but....

Not saying he would leave, but Gundy would be a popular name. Back to high powered offense with the skill players that the state of FL can produce.

I think FL could find a better coach. Bet the next hire is an offensive coach.

Best thing for LSU is for muschamp to stay put for a few more years. Their next coach will not be a bust.

I would think losing to Georgia Southern might have a little to do with that, too...

Florida will always get recruits because of the state they play in. Tennessee high school football is a joke outside of Memphis which is nowhere near Knoxville to help with recruiting.

There isn't any "Bama luck". That easy schedule isn't an accident. That shite is intentional dude.
