Stockard Channing was 33 as Rizzo in Grease
Henry Winkler was 30 when he began as Fonzie on Happy Days
Olivia Newton John was 29 as Sandy in Grease
Alan Ruck was 29 as Cameron in Ferris Beuller
Sissy Spacek was 27 in Carrie in the horror flick.
Jennifer Grey was 27 as Baby in Dirty Dancing
Lori Singer was 27 as Ariel on Footloose
Tobey Mcguire was 27 as Peter Parker in Spiderman
Kevin Bacon was 26 as Ren in Footloose

I think Brian Austin Greene and Tori Spelling were the only ones under 40. Perry was actually older than the actors playing Shannon Daugherty's parents.

They were all in their late 20's and early 30's when 90210 began in 1990.

Dustin Hoffman was 29 when he played 20-year-old Benjamin Braddock in 'The Graduate.'

Jessica Lange was 39 when she played 22-year-old Babs Rogers Grey in 'Everybody's All-American."

Tori Spelling was actually 18 but she was playing a freshman. The rest of them just looked like they were in their mid 40s.
