I see we have 2 OL commits, but no other offers besides CRob and guys committed elsewhere. How many OLinemen is LSU planning to sign?

Fanaika must be the 5th and he is a JUCO and has played this year....so he has a grand total of 1 year of eligibility left after this season. Plus, that means that LSU only signed 3 OL in the 2012 class. Reid Ferguson is only supposed to be a snapper and probably will never play OL.

LSU needs badly to sign 3 OL.

I already said three you just used more words. You have to pick a different number.

Yes--consensus seems to be that LSU will sign three OL in the 2014 class. We know Brumfield and Clapp will sign--just do not know for sure who will be the other one. I have believed for some time that one more OL is needed for this class.

You are obviously talking about the 2013 class which there were 4 outside of Fehoko .

Boutte, Malone, Dodd, Pocic ...

The future is bright. But in reality we prob only lose collins. So you move hawkins to LT and all you go to do is find someone to play rt. Which will prob be pocic. Plenty of depth.

Plus you got Fanaika, Edinburgh, Austin, Washington to give you reps.

They have cast a wide net for linemen after the CRob loss. Might be from the JUCO ranks

Might be fair to give him a spring and August to get used to LT instead of an injury situation.

So we signed 3 in 2012 and 4 in 2013? (excluding Reid Ferguson)

Hope this squad is still working on CRob. Ugh!
