I process my own deer and I'm wanting to make burritos and freeze them. Any tips? What seasoning? Process? Also, how do they get the burrito to stay folded?
Thanks

Penzy's Bold Taco Seasoning will get you real close. Best way to keep em rolled is to not overstuff em

Do they have pork or beef in them along with the
deer? What else is in them besides meat?

Tamales is deer meat only. Burritos are meat and cheese. The cheese is very smooth.... Almost like it was melted/mixed with sour cream before rolling.

He makes 8 burritos/lb
13 lbs of meat makes 30 dozen tamales.....

Thanks for the info boss. I believe I've got my idea now on what I'm gonna try. I'll update with results.
