It made them mad when Gordon was doing it 10 years ago. He was the original "outsider" as it were. People don't care as much anymore.

Think he's seeing if a sport that is national with tracks everywhere is upset with someone from america winning a bunch?

I think whites were much more pissed that a black guy started dominating their "sport" golf than a Yankee narrative that doesnt sound like this millennium

Jimmy is a machine and I love what he is doing. NASCAR fans would rather have more of a bad boy as their top driver, but it is hard to dislike JJ. I do wish he would have more of a rival challenging him year in and out, but NASCAR has neutered the drivers and not let grudges thrive.
