Hopefully the coaches don't over think this one. It's not rocket science. All this talk about Manziel vs. our defense won't matter if he is hardly ever on the field! It's time to resort back to the old Les Miles offense and just pound the rock! Run Hill until his legs fall off! Here are some of the numbers given up by A&M's defense this year:

vs. Bama- 234 rushing yards
vs. Arkansas- 201 rushing yards
vs. Auburn- 379 rushing yards

Once we establish the run game Landry and Beckham will be open all day off of play action.

hope JFF breaks his leg in the next week.

He will have a career day and might put up 10 touchdowns. Our WR (OBJ) scored 3 passing and 1 rushing with the scout team against our starting D.

only hope is JFF gets hurt.

i'm surprised mr. jack-arse hasn't appeared yet to say score more points. that joke is so old.

we've got to play an aggressive offense. if they load 8-9 in the box and we can't run, then we need to abandon the run till they go back into a 6 or 7 man front.

we might be able to run against them, but I doubt it. they will do like everyone else, and challenge miles to run with an 8 or 9 man front, a dare he never passes up.

False. If we run the ball and control the clock and keep him off the field we win. Period.

Just play their base defense which won't get any pressure on JFF and therefore he will have no need to scramble and beat LSU with his feet. If LSU gets up on them, he'll try to do too much and end up screing up.

We have to get the ball into play makers hands in space to keep the horrid schwaggie defense off balance.

Once they put 8 or 9 in the box that's when you use play action! But I'm guessing you didn't watch them at Auburn and Bama. They put 10 in the box and couldn't stop the run!

We clearly have the best 7-3 Scout team in FBS.

And Alabama beat them the same way we will try to. Keep the ball away from their offense as much as possible, limit their possesions.

Alabama had an insurmountable lead in the 4th against them not because of their defense but because of their ability to control the clock.
