Third in my league in points

And I'll probably miss the playoffs
I know the only thing worse than hearing about someones bad fantasy luck is hearing about their golf game, but it's been a rough go in 2013
-I lost three games by a total of three points (one of those I had Beast Mode vs Jax, a fantasy owners dream, and he basically got a bye and sat most of the game)
-Three times facing a team who scored their season high, I have faced the all time season high by any team in the league and am second in the league in points against (but outscoring the #1 team in points against by 7 points a game)
I've had a few injuries, but have played the waiver wire well and have had some success, but I just haven't been good enough. Missing out on Julius Thomas in week 1 hurt me pretty bad and my WR have been worse than expected just about every week.
Live and learn and try to get better for next year.

I feel your pain. I'm decimals from being the top scorer in my league, and sitting at 5-5. That's fantasy when you're in a H2H league.

Just pulled to 5-5 after 1-4.
I have been the highest scorer in the league since week 3 and am the highest scorer by 160 points now.

I tried to trade for a WR...offered gore and romo for dez Bryant and Andrew luck...denied

The guy with the most points in my 12 man league has to win this week or he will miss the playoffs. Even if he wins I think someone else has to lose for him to get in

Your team is likely not consistent enough.
A guy in my league says the same thing, but he scores 120 one week then 60 the next.

Consistency is always a problem, but I've scored more than the league average in all but two games, so I don't think that's the biggest culprit.
It isn't like I'm dropping 20 points in my losses, like I said, three of them came by a total of three points (82-80, 51-51 and 40-39 (which was the week beast mode took off vs jax).
I played the guy who started Marvin jones three weeks ago for Christs sake...that's just plain wrong.
Agreed though, consistency always is a huge bonus.

The last two weeks I have scored the second most points during that particular week........ and played the week high each week!!! With those two wins, I would be tied for first. Instead, I am 6th place and probably out of the playoffs due to it.
