For a bunch of people that seem to think that Ohio State doesn't belong on the field with most teams in the NCAA this board sure is obsessed with them.

Obsessed? OSU player said something stupid and a thread was made about it. If a member of the 9-0 Fresno State Bulldogs was saying the same thing, the reaction would be exactly the same.

Don't act like you aren't Urbsessed. It's ok, I'd be afraid of him too.

BTW, this is the real quote that Spencer said:

quote:

“Well, I guess I’m a little biased, but I think we’d wipe the field with both of them,” the Buckeye wide receiver said. “We’re going to go ahead and handle our business and play our best game every week. We know that we just have to go out and execute. If we go out and execute for a full game, there’s nobody in the country that we feel can hang with us when we’re executing the way that we can.”

Man, what an egregious statement.

I don't know what team doesn't feel that way. The problem is the other team usually has a hand in how well you in turn execute. But yea, if any top team plays flawless, they'd destroy anybody.

I can't imagine what he'd do in the SEC against Saban. Oh wait.

Tough talk for a guy in arguably Ohio States 3 toughest games (Iowa,NW and Wisky) to have amassed a total of:

6 catches
60ys
1 TD

FSU and Bama are Im sure

Delusional? You referring to yourselves I imagine? Unless Bama fans are delusional about their current dynasty, in which case you're retarded.

Ohio State would move he ball on either of these squads.

Would the D be good enough to win the game? I don't know. I wouldn't feel confident in 'wiping the floor' with either, but what would you expect a player to say in that siuation?

I have no doubt that OSU would give Bama/FSU a good game. But I don't think they should be in the title game. I would even put one loss teams ahead of them.

Yea, I'd want to dodge competition to backdoor my way into a title if I was a FSU fan too.

Scared.

I would rather play OSU than any other top 5 team.

But yeah, we're real scared of OSU.

Which one loss team? Stanford with an awful loss to Utah?
