Just finished Bioshock... a few thoughts and a question or two *spoilers*

First, I love the setting and story behind the game. The is the first game I was ever really creeped out while playing. Splicers singing Jesus Loves Me sends a chill up my spine. I play with lights on. I get a slight chuckle out of the political theme of the game with capitalism being the root cause of Rapture's problems and eventual collapse.
For the spoilers/questions:
1. Suchong is dead obviously. Does he somehow come into the other 2 games? He is my favorite character. His audio clips had me laughing.
2. Do you continue into Bioshock 2 was a big daddy?
Probably gonna start Bioshock 2Sunday since I won't be playing tomorrow.

I'm don't think Suchong factors into the other games although it haven't read much about the new Rapture DLC for Infinite. As for being a big daddy, yes you do but it's a different character iirc.

Bioshock 2 sucked imo and I couldn't get into it like the first one. GOAT

I haven't completed Bioshock 2 myself but what I've played I haven't enjoyed nearly as much as the first. However, if you own the Steam version, it now comes with the DLC "Minerva's Den" for free.
I plan to play it soon and I've seen it repeatedly said to be just as good as Bioshock 1, though it's pretty short (2-3 hours).
If Bioshock 2 doesn't strike your fancy, maybe give Minverva's Den a shot before totally abandoning ship for Infinite.

Don't waste your time.
It wasn't made by Irrational Games. Now that doesn't mean much but the story and game play are shtt. There are only 2 good games in the series, Bioshock and Infinite. Bioshock 2 shtt all over the 1st one.
