Trying to decide my keepers in a dynasty league

I know the obvious ones but there are a few that have me scratching my head. I didnt list my kicker and I have to keep half of my roster.
QB's- Kap, Wilson, Rivers
RB- Morris, MJD, Murray, Moreno, P Thomas, Richardson
WR- D Thomas, J Nelson,TY Hilton, T williams, M Brown, H Nicks
TE- Reed, Wright
IDP- E Henderson, L Kuechly

When do you have to decide this? MJD could be an intriguing keeper depending on where he ends up after this season, because I severely doubt he ends up staying in Jacksonville.

What's the difference between a keeper league and a dynasty league?
