Bama Fans on The Ms. Gulf Coast laughing at us!

I work with an office full of Bama fans here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. They are literally laughing at LSU's chances. So damn cocky. Throwing out scores of 49-17. They feel this will be the beginning of a down slide for the program if Bama wins. They have a vicious strong hatred for LSU. Almost to the point of a sickness. If we win this game I will be one of the happiest LSU fans in the world.

Based on LSU's performance on defense this season, I find it comical that some LSU fans think they are going to be able to stop Bama's offense.

What's funny to me is that many of them were born and raised here in Mississippi but live and die for Bama football.

There's not a single person I know down here (Ms Gulf Coast) who is an Alabama fan and attended the university. There may be a shite ton of sidewalk gumps, but there are much more LSU alumni.

This game doesn't mean much with regards to the program. LSU can't go to the big game even if they win.
Gumps have been trying to pronounce LSU dead along with ESPN since $abun took the job.
It doesn't change the fact that the only thing harder than getting to the top is staying there.

I haven't heard anyone say LSU is gonna stop anyone this year. I've always heard LSU will have to outscore them and not rely on D.

dumbest statement i've read all day, yeah we are likely out of SEC title contention, but if we run the table and win a big bowl game, this game will give this season a positive note to it; if you don't realize that then I just don't know what to say
