Victoria has emerged as a Cruella Deville character from minute one.
Will probably watch again, if for nothing else, to be able to hold conversation with those who really care.

I just have to correct you. He did not steal money from the state. He accepted money from the new casino owners to get their state permit from the Gambling Commission that EWE appointed. It was 2 million per casino. No state funds, just private funds. It was wrong and corrupt, wish it had not happened, but it did.
