Convince me this isnt one team just giving up.

Team A - Record of 2-5
Team B - Record of 5-2

Team A gives up Gio Bernard
Team B gives up Brandon Jacobs and Jordan Reed

Team As RBs are now Matt Forte, Brandon Jacobs and Ryan Matthews. His TES are now Reed and Jared Cook
Team Bs RBs are now Gio, Spiller and Mendy. His TE is Gonzo.

We dont do vetos, plus I dont believe in them, but is this an awful case of trade rape or one guy giving up?

Not the greatest, but not collusion.

how many rbs can you start?

Reed is a huge upgrade at TE for team A,

I dont think this is that bad of a trade

Reed might just be a flash in the pan

It's not a terrible trade if was agreed to before last nights game. But it's looking now like Jacobs isn't gonna play a big role in NYG after all so now that trade is pretty uneven.

Start 2 RBs.

And I can tell you this trade was not agreed to before last nights game. Things like that dont happen in this league.

Again, not claiming collusion, more or less just trying to figure out if Team A has thrown in the towel. Gio is a top 10 back (its a PPR league) and Reed has had two good games.

Essentially Gio Bernard for Jordan Reed.

Fair. He is just banking on Jacobs getting the job back and he is hoping for major upgrade at te. Let it ride

It's not that bad. The 2-5 guy probably feels he has to take some chances to make the playoffs.

There's no such thing as "trade rape" involving two rookies and a broken down RB. It's personal preference.

How is Gio for Jacobs and Reed a questionable trade??

Its a fair trade. Nothing about this seems alarming.

Yea I guess you're right. Maybe its just the fact that I believe Gio will be a very good RB in this league and Reed is a flash in the pan.

Like I said, we dont veto but I dont believe in that anyway. Just wanted other opinions, because if this guy gave up I was gonna see if I could get Cruz or Romo from him.

Not necessarily collusion, as much as it appeared to me like one team was just saying "frick it".

I know it's a PPR league, but Gio hasnt rushed for over 35 yards in 4 straight games. It's a pretty fair deal.

I don't see the issue. Gio is not very good.

Trading a 3rd down RB for a starting TE isn't that bad.
