Super Smash Brothers - Documentary

Pretty awesome documentary on SSB. It's pretty long (lots of different videos), but as someone who loved this shite out of this game as a kid, it is interesting.

Basically follows the rise of the game and the various tournaments involved with it. The original game as well as the one on gamecube were before the advent of online gaming for gaming systems.

These nerds are unreal at this game.

Wow. We used to play this for HOURS in the fraternity house basement. The original N64 version though.

We were way too good at that game.

Yeah, I enjoyed the GameCube version better because my favorite character was Ness and Ness was nerfed to hell and back in N64. He was a beast in the GC version, though. Then he became way too powerful in Brawl. Plus, Melee had way better levels than the orig. The amount of nerd that seeped out of my fraternity house at times was pretty unbelievable.

My roommates and I still play at least a couple games a day before we all go to bed.

I still play this game quite a bit on the N64. Nes is my jam. Very few people can beat me consistently. In other words, I have no life. Haha
