What's going in old Romacelli's / Marcello's / Southdowns ???

Passed while heading out to Perkins Road and noticed some work going on inside the old Romacelli's/Marcello's/Southdowns Bar - anyone know what's going in there?

I heard it's going to be another Portico. Yes BR is getting another location of a chain restaurant.

Marcello's was very good. They didn't shut down due to lack of business.
But yeah...that location isn't the greatest.

True - the owner foolishly sold it off. I loved Marcello's. Romacelli was so-so. Looked at website for Coursey location of Portico - not too exciting imho.
