Wes might have been on roids, but to me, the most obvious ones were Evan and Dunbar. Probably Backpack as well.

The main insider at Vevmo as posted the list. Overall, my list was pretty close, but there were some that I missed.
Unfortunately, it seems as if KellyAnne was one of the last to drop out. As mentioned before, Susie declined, and I think I forgot to say this, but Brad also declined since he has a full-time job. Looks like Cooke will also not be a part of the cast, which I think is a huge mistake.
Projected Teams for the upcoming season
Ruins 2: Vets vs Rookies in Uruguay
Vets
CT, Johnny Backpack, Brandon from Fresh Meat II, Big Easy, Ty, Chet, and Leroy
Camila, Laurel, Cara Maria, Anneesa, Jonna, Jasmine, Theresa from Fresh Meat II
Rookies
Frank, Zach, Jordan, Johnny from Portland, Cohutta, Dustin, Preston
Nany, Jemmye, Emilee, Toya, Nia, Devyn, Jessica from Portland
Rookie would be defined as 3 challenges or less, including this one
Vet would be 4+
If they do it based on seasons and just simple chronological order, I don't think it would be possible to split the girls into teams of 7 and 7. On the guys side, you would just swap Cohutta and Leroy, but the girls side would be a mess with all of the Cancun and FMII chicks.
Thoughts: The guys' side is strong. I think the rookies have a stronger team. Johnny and Preston will suck, but the rest are very good. The guys' side is bigger, but outside of CT and maybe Leroy, they will get their arse handed to them on climbing, sprints, and endurance.
The girls' rookies are miserable. When Jemmye is one of your stars, you know it's going to be a long season. Cooke and Kelly Anne dropping at the last minute really hurt the sides. Trading Cooke and Kelly Anne for Jasmine and Toya is more lopsided than any sports trade I can think of, so I can't even make an obscure reference. Yikes.

Nia will run that girls rookie team though Jemmye will try to out ghetto her. Laurel is still the alpha female and will wreck Nia's shite in any challenge.

I don't think they'll need much help As long as their team wins the challenges and the Ruins format remains that the winning team determines the contestants in the match-ups after wins, Big Easy will be gone very early (so will Jasmine).
What I really hope though is that Laurel and Cara Maria can team up with either the guys on their team or the with the rookies to get Backpack thrown in to any early elimination.

Thing that really stinks is that this season probably won't until March at the earliest. IMO they would be better off showing the Challenge first early next year and then having the Real World follow directly after to try and boost it's ratings a little.

One change to the roster: Swift is on the Rookies team rather than Preston Rondo. Wow, this makes the guy side of the Rookies team even stronger, even though Swift will still be one of the first two guys to get tossed in to an elimination.
