I expect 1 ban from this. Somebody is gonna do it.

First week is the only mandatory week, I think.

Found this interesting....
The CEO of Susan koman makes 700k a year, about 25% more than CEOs of comparable charities and only 20 percent of their budget goes towards actual cancer research....

All the other games seemed to be littered with the pink.

Part of why I don't contribute to these large national charities.

This is the reason that many people dislike the Susan G. Komen Foundation is. The NFL partners with the American Cancer Society during Breast Canced Awareness Month. I don't think ACS and Komen have much affiliation.

That is a skewed stat IMO. Koman also probably brings in at least 25% more than other cancer charities. The 20 percent thing is shitty but a lot of big charities are like that, they have to play their employees and stuff. Plus although the cancer runs and adds and stuff doesn't go towards "cancer research", it definitely helps with awareness to the cause

thats like the North Shore Animal League
Howard Stern used to pimp that place on his show, and Beth Ono used to pimp it on shows and in the papers.
It's rated as the worst.
CEO makes 1mil+. And at 1 time, only 15% of money donated went to the shelter in hamptons. The rest was used for bonuses and for parties for the famous.

Here's an explanation I read on twitter, for the lack of pink. Does this sound right? Does this even make sense?
quote:
Steve Czaban ?@czabe My understanding on "pink protocol" is this: each team in NFL has ONE home game in October that's "pinked out." Both teams wear it. DAL had their "pink out" game last week at home, so they are "done" so to speak. BUT, individuals have the right to wear it any week. (RG3)
