Dropping Rashad Jennings or Julain Edelman (own DMC & Amendola, but screw it. I'd rather have producers than handcuffs)

For the rest of the season flex / WR2 for Byes, who would you pick up? Allen or Brown?

12 team standard

Roster:

QB: Brees

RBs: Spiller, F Jax, McFadden, Mendenhall, Stacy, Jennings

WRs: V Jax, Amendola, D Moore, H Douglas, Edelman

TE: J Thomas

K: Prater

DEF: CIN

Im 2-3 and need a boost

UPDATE: I picked up Allen and dropped Rashad Jennings.

Now to drop Edelman and pick up Miles Austin or Vincent Brown? Or Weeden for the Saints' bye week next week?

I prefer Brown myself, but have seen arguments for both. Coin toss.

Brown or Allen. Brown has a better immediate future. Allen may be better later this season.

actually thinking about dropping Edelman and Jennings to see which WR produces better over time. Either of them would be better options over edelman going forward and If DMC gets hurt again, I'll play Stacy or Mendenhall

Floyd out for the season and the chargers playing from behind with the #32 Defense means good things for both WRs. I drafted them both in my dynasty, dropped Allen a little early. Both are solid, Allen has more red zone potential, Brown has more PPR yardage potential, IMO.

Allen. Easily.

I had Brown and dropped him for Allen. Brown will catch a lot of balls but they seem to look for Allen down the field.

Dropped Jennings for Allen.

Thinking hard about dropping Edelman for Brown. Real hard.

Or Miles Austin who is also a FA for some reason.

Miles Austin has had hamstring issues for a couple of seasons now.

I think he is just now getting back to being limited at practice.

Yeah he has, but if he's healthy, he's the best 2nd option for Romo. So now im basically at the point where I need to decide between V Brown, Austin, or Edelman (I own Amendola)

No, I would put Whitten and Dez in front of him. I would keep Edelman, don't trust Amendola to stay healthy.

oh yeah, I like Austin if he's healthy.

thing is, there were games last year where he would play and then leave early b/c of injury too.

maybe it wasn't a lot of games but it kind of seemed like it.

not denying his potential. can be frustrating to own though.
