Well, that has not happened since 2004, so no. IN fact, the last time they met in the playoffs, Peyton won in the AFC Championship game in 2006, orchestrating the biggest comeback in NFL championship game history. They were down by 18 and won, with Brady throwing an interception on the last drive to lose the game.

Well Reche Caldwell is no longer on the team so im confident that wont happen again

If it werent for Caldwell sucking complete arse, the Pats win that game by 2 TDs atleast and cream the Bears in the SB

Broncos might lose in the first round of the playoffs. It has happened to Peyton before.

Oh, I see. If the Pats lose, it is someone other than Brady's fault. But if the Colts or the Broncos lose under Manning, Manning is a choke artist. Got it.

Did you not see Caldwell literally drop two passes in which he was not covered? Like by any defender? He did it twice and one was for a TD

Peyton had similar failures by teammates every time he lost, including last year when Rahim Moore gets beat on a 80 yard bomb when up by 7 points and 30 seconds left in the game. Brady has had the rest of the team perform way more often than Manning has. Brady threw 145 yards in his first super bowl for crying out loud.

Pretty sure people give Peyton grief for throwing 2 terrible INTs in that Ravens game, not for Rahiem Moore missing an easy play

And Brady was a 2nd year player that wasnt starting out of training camp in his first superbowl, thats hardly comparable to most any of Peytons postseason career

I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a bold prediction:

New England @ Denver for AFC Championship

Seattle @ New Orleans for NFC Championship

I bet no one picks anything like this.

You mean this first pick where the receiver was mugged and got hit in the face with the ball? Yeah, totally on Manning. The announcer paraphrased, "Peyton put it on the money...tip drill there...Ravens definitely got away with one."

LINK

Second pick was in double overtime and should never have been an issue because they should have won the game in regulation. More people blame Moore for that loss than Manning.

In Tom Brady's first 3 super bowls, he played 9 playoff games. He had more games where he threw for less than 200 yards than he had games throwing for over 300 yards. He was not the centerpiece of any of those teams - the defense was. Since has been the centerpiece, he is 7-7 in playoff games with some pretty bad performances.
