scam for sure, email the person and i bet his reply is he is out of state and really needs to sell the ATV and will ship it upon proof of payment. I email a person about an ad last year and that was the response i got..i didnt even reply back

Generally on LA Sportsman if there's no phone number then it's a scam.

scam def. they usually sell for around $5000-6000 for that year depending on hrs and add ons, tires etc.
