If Baylor goes undefeated will they go to the NC?

The Big 12 is pretty pathetic this year and their schedule is shite, but they are still in a "power" conference

Yes. They are something else this year, they would win the Big 10 or ACC.

They're not going undefeated this year. Nobody is in the Big 12.

It'll be difficult to not include them in the MNCG if they're unbeaten.

i'd say they'll be low on the list if others are unbeaten, too. but if there are 2 or fewer unbeaten teams, it would take great circumstance to keep them out IMO

exactly a year ago, people were saying this about WVU. They look good for sure, but let's wait until they play somebody before we crown them.

there are so many variables in play here. Right now the Big 12 is dogshit but if OU can beat ND and then they and OSU only lose to Baylor (and whomever wins that game) then they have a shot.
But the computers are going to absolutely kill any Big 12 team this year. Their best out of conference win right now is Miss St and they only have 3 more OOC games left as a conference. They have multiple losses to FCS schools and some others that look bad (MD over WVU, Rice over KU). They really need all the teams at the top of the pecking order to beat all the teams at the bottom.
But if OU loses this weekend and every other team in the Big 12 ends up with 2 or more losses, I think an undefeated Baylor would get jumped by a 1-loss SEC or possibly PAC team.

No, OSU will get the slot if they are undefeated, so will Stanford/Oregon.

The top of the ACC is better than the Big 12. FSU and Clemson are better than anything the Big 12 has to offer this year.

I think they lose 2 games. 2 out of the 3 against OU, Texas Tech, & OSU.
