Wait, I thought we sucked, were a disgrace, and had the worst fans on the planet?

I'm a huge defender of people shouldn't leave early. I laugh at the lame arse excuses and quasi tough guy reasons why it's none of my business. However, I didn't get too upset when people were leaving. I stayed but understood why some were leaving. They braved the rain and we had the game on ice.

We are still loud when it counts. I'm looking forward to "it's my ticket I can leave when I want".

Well if we only have two big games at home then that's what we get.

I sit high on the west side but was given a press pass by a friend Saturday so got to roam the sidelines and take some pictures. The view and sound from the sidelines and bench are totally different than where I sit. The stadium rises high above you. The sound now comes at you from all sides, not just the east side. It's astonishingly louder on the field than on the west side, high in the lower bowl. It's an intensity I had never been through at Tiger Stadium. This is what the players feel at every game. And the stadium was only half full. I wish I could have done this at the Alabama game last year.
