Jarvis Landry TD Catch, this was the most obvious, there was a face mask, and Landry never touched the ground,
Yes he did

After the Auburn onside kick, the officials hurried to place the ball that way their would be no review
asking how much they get for each hold and PI I asume
bang bang play...review got it right...shouldn't be an issue
quote:
The touchdown run if I'm not mistaken by Hill that was called back for a terrible holding call right next to the Auburn sideline
legit...terrible call

I thought it was called fair and the bad calls balanced out. Quit bitching about the refs.

Nah. We know what the real deal for cheating refs look like. Wait till you get close to the SEC headquarters and play Bama. Some of the worst reffed games ever have been in Alabama. The no call when Jefferson got speared late in the chest as he releases the ball and the "inconclusive" Peterson interception that "was not" are two of the crappy plays that are making LSU vs Bama one of the bigger rivalries in college football. Auburn game suspicious? Nah. Remember that we did get the onsides kick reversed and the refs on the field have the final say so for that. They are gonna make a few bad calls every game.

Stuff like this always happens in AU games, going both ways. This series is famous for it.

I thought the officiating was much better than I thought it would be. I wish my Tigers had kept their focus the way Auburn kept its focus.
Malzahn was pumping his team the entire game. He had visions of winning the game until the 4th down stop by the tigers at the very end of the game.

It was the same ref that always screws us. But im starting to think its not intentional, he just sucks.
I didnt think any of the Auburn calls were that rediculous. They got the onside kick correct after review but it was very close, the holding on Boone was borderline, Landry was obviously down so they got that right.

When I read #3 it is quite obvious that you don't know rules about a "player being called down" to end the play. Weak sauce.

quote:Wow, ok, I stand corrected. This must be different from the NFL version of the rule.
7.3.2.e. If thrown from in or behind the neutral zone after a ball carrier in possession of the ball has gone beyond the neutral zone [S35 and S9].
PENALTY—Five yards from the spot of the foul; also loss of down if by Team A before team possession changes during a scrimmage down (A.R. 3-4-3-IV and A.R. 7-3-2-II) [S35 and S9].
Up to the point of the Illegal Pass, it was a legal run. The offense gets the benefit (or the detriment) of the legal run.

There is NO AGENDA against any team in particular, ONLY the outcome vs. the spread.

Wrong. It's ok to admit that you were drunk when you saw the game. Forearm and elbow were perpendicular to the playing field when he was upside down.

Example 2: The touchdown run if I'm not mistaken by Hill that was called back for a terrible holding call right next to the Auburn sideline, the Auburn player actually tried to shed the block and ended up pulling I think it was Landry down.
This was Landry's TD on the bubble screen. Boone was called for holding. I thought it was BS.

Example 3: Jarvis Landry TD Catch, this was the most obvious, there was a face mask, and Landry never touched the ground, I don't know if this was unreviewable, but that was awful.
His helmet hit, and maybe his elbow. Never saw the face mask.

Example 4: Beckam Jr. Pass interference, he was not within 5 yards of anyone in the first place, and secondly it looked like the official threw the flag being scared he was going to catch it inbounds. Also the officials were always talking to auburn coaches.
He pushed off, hence the 5 yd cushion.
