Is Jimmy Graham the most talented TE to play the game?

I'm fairly young but I have a hard time believing there is/was a TE THIS dominant. It's akin to watching a man among boys on a weekly basis with these DBs and LBs trying to cover him. His numbers are already insane and he's on a team with 5-6 options at any given time for Drew to throw to.

I think he would still need to improve his blocking to get that honor.

6'7" 270 lbs runs a 4.5 can jump like crazy, stronger than anyone on the field not in the trenches

Yes, he is.

Wait for a full body of work.

Not on the level of many HOf'ers yet.

Talking about talent. I've never seen a guy like graham at the position and there has never been one

Winslow, Gonzalez were pretty beastly, but graham is slightly ahead now.

how well does Jimmy block? Gonzalez is pretty well known to be at least one of, if not the, greatest pass blocking tight ends of all time.

How does putting up better numbers make him less talented? I guess i just don't get your logic. He has significantly more Tds than Jimmy and is a freak athlete as well.

I never said it did. We have more options than New England does, Brees spreads the ball more, and Graham was a non-factor relatively for most of his rookie season. I'm not really factoring in numbers, I'm talking measurables and the eye test.

Honestly I'd compare him to Shaq in his prime with the Lakers(just had to bring up b-ball didn't you ).

There is almost no way to defend him even with double teams. And with the double teams it opens up things for other receivers.
