I want to believe in the "new lsu offense", but tonight was a scary revival of Miles taking the controller from Cam. Had we put the hammer down in the 2nd qtr, things would've unfolded better and less doubt would've creeped in. Game should've been done at halftime. Regardless of Mett's 3rd qtr INT.

yes and I really hope tonight will have been the exception because if it becomes the rule we might see some big losses in the near future. It's one thing to go down gunning but to play Miles ball for the meat of our schedule would be inexcusable.

We fumbled inside our 20 and faked a fg inside the 15. We left at least 6 points most likely 10 points on the field. Offense was fine. You are supposed to run the ball up 21 in the 4th.

The offense was just fine, when they were actually used.

I believe 100% Les again took over the offense in the early 2nd Q.

Then when Cam said, look we left 10-14 points out there when AU was reeling, he let Cam have Mett throw an outroute on 1st and 10 starting the 3rd Q. He throws a pick and Les goes into turtle shell again.

Les needs to have faith.

2 yards of offense in the 4th which included two drives of negative yards will do that to anyones confidence.

Ah, so that old narrative is back, huh?

Good offense - Not Miles
Bad offense - All Miles

Granted, you have no inside knowledge or evidence other than the fact that the offense didn't work and you don't like Les Miles.

Predictable.

Hmmm... I was think that stupid les miles. Why the hell is he letting Mett. Throw the ball when we are way up. Had dumb Les not allowed Mett to throw then then it wouldn't have been an interception and we probably would have gone up even more.

right, you are supposed to RUN up 21, not pass. could you imagine the ridicule LM from this lot if he was throwing instead of eatng clock?

that said, you take that 3 points. going for a fake is not unpredictible, not maverick, it is stupid.

It is not the offensive ability, it is Les's stupid philosophy to tale a knee when you are 3 TDs ahead with 3 QS to go.

4th quarter of this game was a lot like the Clemson game of last year.

So Mett wouldn't/couldn't have thrown an INT in the second quarter, you know, when all that rain was falling?

We were running the ball effectively. Why not keep running?
