I thought about it hard today..... the lady said it wasn't cold enough yet. I always make my roux, its 100 Xs better that way. But, if i'm in a pinch i'll use Karys.
I get my andouille from Best Stop, always have some in the freezer. Anyone else know of any good local made andouille?

Chicken and sausage on the stove. Shrimp and okra will be cooked tomorrow. First time I've made two different pots of gumbo in a weekend.

I would like to get some good andouille, but I'm not sure if anywhere in lake charles has some really good one
