Anyone tried this recipe?

LINK

How big are the rice balls supposed to be, and how many servings do you get from this recipe?

no, haven't tried it, looks good though

Quantity depends on how little or big you make them. I cup of rice doesn't dound like very many.

I'd kind of like to try it, but it's strange when a recipe doesn't tell you how many servings or how big to make something.

I guess if you're just browning the outside the size doesn't matter that much, but it would still be better to not be flying blind.

More so, what type of rice do you use for something like this? Parboiled? Sticky? Basmati? Jasmine? Or does it not matter?

I just assumed it was plain old white rice.

I might have to give it a test run and see what happens.
