Better O this year.... D not so good.

Think Mett will carve their secondary up.

1. Young QB, probably gained some confidence after a game winning drive against MSU.
2. Average running game
3. Bad offensive line relative to LSU
4. Bad defensive line relative to LSU
5. Bad defense in general, akin to A&M's D

They couldn't run the ball or stop the run against Miss St, so I expect us to murder them

Young team. They might be much better in a couple of years but not this year.

good qb, average oline, no names at rb, Malzahn will try to spread us and attack the seams and run just enough to stifle the pass rush. I really don't see their offense being any better than TCU but they won a tough SEC game last week and that has got to mean something for their confidence. it is our defenses job to take that confidence and put it where the sun don't shine.

our offense should feed early and often.

bottom line...if we execute, we win going away. if we make more mistakes and commit drive killing penalties it could get nasty. JMO.

get better, get ready...get even.

Should beat them comfortably this year, but they will continue to improve under Malzahn. Possible if not probably loss next year if they do continue to improve and considering that Jennings likely will be making his first road SEC start in Jordan-Hare.

Overall, I don't think they'll ever be elite under Malzahn without him finding Cam version 2.0.

my nephew, an auburn grad, follows the team closely and he says the following...

1-better team than last year
2-front 7 on D weak; pretty good secondary
3-qb can run
4-their O is much improved and can move the ball

the only thing about auburn is that, other than 2011, they play lights out against us. hell, we barely beat them last year. and it's suppossed to rain. so my scouting report says LSU SHOULD win and we shouldn't be too concerned but it's auburn damnit and our series is about as wierd as it gets.

It's Auburn though. Just when you think we're gonna blast them we end up having a 12-10 squeaker of a win.

Speaking of TCU, Auburn's defense is probably 10x worse than TCU's, and we pretty much did whatever we wanted against the frogs. I think we win this game with Anthony Jennings at QB.

45-10 and 31-10 in their last two games in Tiger Stadium. This team is better than the 2011 shitshow, but they simply don't have the talent or depth to hang around. If Mett goes full retard and throws a bunch of picks, maybe, but otherwise they're up shite creek without a paddle.

10x is an awful lot of times.

hope you're right bro...cause that would put them in the Kent category and we won't take the foot off the gas for the Aubies.

get better, get ready...get even.

Last year doesn't mean shite. However both teams have improved to some extent. For LSU to me this is the first real test. If the weather is bad like down poor bad and we can't pass effectively the game could be ugly. That favors Auburn.
