"We are local. Born and raised. We love this place and everything it has to offer. That's why we go to the ends of the bayou state to source the best local ingredients we can find. From the farmer that grows our peppers and bay leaves to the lady who makes our pepper jelly and delivers it while it's still warm, we know that the best we can offer is right under our nose."

Red Stick Spice Company captures the delicious, unique flavors of our region. But when they're local, sustainable and support Louisiana food artisans--that's even better.

TigerDroppings fans get FREE shipping. Use coupon code TIGERRANT at checkout. Makes for a great holiday gift.

Sorry about that! We have addressed the issue. And be sure you're typing it in all uppercase. Again, sorry about the problem there. Hope you'll return!

Customers love our Coffee BBQ Rub for steaks and Sweet Pecan Rub for pork. But there are more than 75 blends to choose from. My favorite is Island Coconut for fish and shrimp.

Garlic Olive Oil flies off the shelves. This stuff is amazing. Great drizzled on just about anything coming off the grill. Jalapeno Olive Oil is my personal favorite. I love it on popcorn!

Hope this helps...check us out in store or online!

My favorite for chicken is Island Coconut Blend--onion, garlic, lemongrass with a little coconut...Thai influences with this one. But there are many other options: Greek Island for Mediterranean flavors with feta. Sweet Pecan for smoky, sweet grilled chicken. Big Easy for Jamaican Jerk-style chicken. Tons of others...pick a flavor or style of cooking and there's definitely a blend in store for you.

We stock several blends that meet the Paleo criteria. Among our Paleo customers, the favorites are Soprano's Greek blend, Aloha Chicken and Fish and Herbes de Provence. I love Jubilee on shrimp with our Garlic Olive Oil. Lots of possibilities!
