Third seizure during game since 2011 and 5th since 01. If you're Minnesota AD do you ask him to move on? Do you let him continue after year? Do you worry about others negatively recruiting against you?

I don't know how an AD with a conscience could allow him to stay employed.

Would that be firing due to a medical condition (illegal)...how would that fall into the disability protection laws for employees?

Whatever happened with those allegations from the WR that transferred about Kill mentally abusing his players?

You have just cause because he can't fulfill his duties. There's a way around it I'm sure.

It's certainly a tough situation. It's hard to be a great coach when you're in the hospital during the 2nd half of games

That's what I was thinking earlier today when I saw it happened again.

He should honesty just step down IMO. I know Minnesota won't ever be relevant, but could you imagine that happening in a big game?

Move him to a football operations position and give the job to someone who isn't gonna die at some point on the sidelines.

All joking aside, that sounds like a real possibility if he doesn't find a way to control his condition.

Its time for them to "invite" him to retire. This seems to be an annual thing. One of these strokes is gonna kill him on the sidelines and totally scar his players. Best for everybody involved that he moves on and starts living a low stress life.

how do you know everyone isn't fine and accepting of it?

Players and coaches are prepared for when it happens so they just keep going about their business. This discussion is stupid

it's epilepsy and it's a seizure. It's a pain in the arse but it's not a 'stroke' and he isn't going to die from one.

I wouldn't fire him. I would just tell him to shake it off.
