Is this the first year TGBFTL enters the PMAC after the Hill??

I always thought they did the PMAC first and then went into the stadium right after the hill. The Official Gameday events have them going in after the Hill this weekend too.
Is this recent or have I been missing something?
Anyone know the reason why?

Until at least 2007 it was PMAC, hill, into stadium

Yea. When I was there in 06 we did the PMAC first. It seemed more convenient that way. Maybe not though.

Once Linda left they started going in the front. She always preferred entering through the rear.

I liked it better the old way. Most LSU fans used to enter the stadium right behind the band. It threw the whole routine off.

Did it this way for years. Then switched a couple of years ago. Now back to the original schedule.

This explains ALOT....after we watched the band in the PMAC last week (which I have never done in my 13 years in TAF), I told all the people I brought we needed to hurry outside to watch the band come down the hill.....which never happened.

If they march down the hill BEFORE they go into the PMAC, how far down the street do they march and do they make a right turn behind Mike's cage to get into the PMAC?
Or do they just march down to the East Upper side behind the Cox Center and take a right into the PMAC there?
How do they march inconspicuoulsy into the stadium after they leave the PMAC? Do they still march in under the "Under these doors the All-American GBFTL" entrance near the NW corner?

Changed for the 2009 season. Moorhouse and Wickes's last year.
The idea is that the hill is done at the same time as it always was, but the band gets into the stadium later. So instead of the band leaving the band hall 2.5 hours before kickoff, doing a half hour in the pmac, going down the hill, and being in the stadium 90 min before the game...they leave the band hall 2 hours before kickoff, go straight down the hill, go to the pmac for a half hour, and get into the stadium 60 min before the game.

Did not last weekend. They went into the stadium after the PMAC show.
