What are the thoughts of the Fantasy Board? I'm in a 12 team league. Not PPR. My other wide receivers are Dez, Andre, Josh Gordon, and Mike Williams, but I'd like to have a really solid flex option later in the season. I'll give you my team for some context.

My team:

QB (1) Wilson, Roethlisberger
RB (2) Charles, R. Bush, Bernard, Greene, Hunter
WR (2) Dez, Andre, Gordon, Mike Williams, (Percy)
TE (1) Gronk, Jared Cook
D/ST (1) Pack
K (1) Dawson

Thoughts on stashing Percy?

might be worth stashing. I'd drop Greene or Hunter to take the chance

I absolutely stashed him. He will be huge for the FF playoff run IMO

I stashed another Seattle WR back in the day, Joey Galloway. He came back week 10 or so and just wasn't right that year. I don't like to stash injured players like that with those type injuries. Just me.

Yes, do it. I think Percy is one of the elite guys as far as being a freak athlete. They aren't the norm.

Percy is always hurt. you lose a roster spot all year in hopes that he will come back healthy and stay healthy. Id rather have the roster spot to pick up free agents unless its a keeper league or a really deep league without much FA talent.

I'm holding in 3 of my paid leagues.

2 aren't keeper leagues and 1 is.

If he comes back week 7, that's a steal or even amazing trade bait of you have the previous owner who liked him.

He's one of those players you hate facing. Similar to Graham, Gronk, AP, Marshall, Megatron, Brees etc

Am I the only one that thinks it's more likely you already have a "solid flex" for later in the season on your team?

I guess it can't hurt to stash him, but there is at least a 50% probbaly higher possibility he will be back later than week 7 and not the same guy immediately. I like Gordon, Cook, and Bernard. Since we are talking about week 7 or later I think 1 or more of these guys will be very useful as your flex.

Agreed but in a PPR, Harvin is worth a spot IMO. I have Stevie Johnson and Emmanuel Sanders as my WR3 and 4, so I don't need him. But hopefully, he will be my flex come playoff time

I'll get him as a 12th rd pick next year and plan on starting him at my flex next year.

Even not in a keeper league, he's worth the pick up.

I stashed him, definitely wouldn't be a guy I want to see in the playoffs!! Good move man.

I have both on my IR right now. I hope I can avoid the injury bug for the rest of my players...my league only allows for two IR spots.

I have him in a keeper too. I know he has the injury tag, but there's no way he escapes the 4th or 5th round in 2014 as Seattle's top weapon. That's a low-end WR2.

I agree with you though. I think it's highway robbery because now I'll be able to draft three RBs and two WRs with my first five picks, then dump Harvin in my flex instead of hoping some 6th or 7th round pick pans out.
