Ghost recon future soldier had a really sweet weapon customization interface called gunsmithing. It allowed you to see what the weapons looked like on the gun. It was sheer polish and served no real purpose but looked really cool when you tilted the gun and saw the camo/attachments and such.
the way the guy was equipping his load out looked just like it.....and it looked awesome.

It wasn't an insult, I love BF3. I just know that we have a pretty decent dogfight with jets and helos, great armored/soldier engagements, but the naval warfare has always been lacking. I don't want to pilot an aircraft carrier, but some additions that include some larger naval vessels would be nice. Game looks great right now though.
