Funny how he was running his mouth about Hill and "teaching guys a lesson", yet when down only 3 points at halftime to Southeasten La., reduces Fields suspension to only a game and a half....

Says Fields will still serve the other 1/2 game at a later date..... wanted to get him some game time before Big 12 opener on Thursday night!

He talked about putting him in for a half earlier this week so he could get some reps before our conference schedule. Try again.

So he's picking and choosing when to suspended his players? Yeah that's much better

True, but Patterson "acted stupidly" in his remarks towards Miles.

Not trying to flame at all but is the crowd at today's game indicative of TCU's normal attendance?

Exactly. He's been a hypocrite since early in the week so nothing to see hear. His comments before LSU when he was talking down to the writers were something like, if any of you know me, you know that I will stand by my 2 game suspension.

What a tool. I remember when Patterson was well regarded for his coaching and principals... Back in 09

100º and 11 am kickoff vs. a less than spectacular opponent usually results in weak crowds. The stadium also has open concourses designed for great standing room sight lines. It sure is nice to stand 30 rows up from the field in the shade with a nice breeze coming through.

There must've been 60,000 in the concourses, then.

He should've just let the team vote on it
