I guess moot point but a good hypothetical. Thoughts? Was he even game shape and ready?

We had two backs with nearly 100 yards. Assuming nothing changes on offense, but the defense/special teams were giving up more points I don't see what adding Hill would have really done.

Why the frick does it even matter? We were never losing. The answer is no.

Pretty stupid question. He has been practicing with the team ya know.

P and G you said he was ready. Other poster said no. That's why it was a hypothetical. As long as won. I am not there each day to see media reports on his readiness.

LSU was not going to lose that game. They play with a confidence that I have not seen in years...

This x 1000

Why not ponder all the possibilities of past actions while we are at it?

Have you followed Miles' approach to discipline for violation of University or team rules over the last 8 seasons? If so, the question answers itself.

Knowing I wasn't going to play, I'd rather a) stay at home, or b) be on the sidelines in street clothes.

Knowing I was the starter, dressed out, ready to play, mentally into the game, but not on the field, would be a worse punishment.

Good job by Miles of punishing him (dressed out and on the sidelines), while still letting him know he's a part of the team (dressed out and on the sidelines).

And yes, a stupid and pointless hypothetical to begin with...
