What are the best pre-order deals for GTA V?

Can't believe I am buying a console game much less paying full price for one but I have no other choice since no PC port yet and I want to play this game day one with some friends.
Xbox store is giving away 1600 points/$20 if you order it there.
Amazon has some shitty Atomic Blimp DLC with theirs.
What others have I overlooked? Looking like the points/$20 may be the best option.

I traded in my PS3 when they were giving double credit so I got the collectors edition for 360.

Was coming here in hopes of having a thread like this in the works.
I pass a Walmart on my way in and out of the office, and usually pick up the new releases that morning. Would certainly do a preorder if it was worth it.
