Nothing.
You'd need an upper, bolt carrier group, charging handle and stock and you'd be good to go.

Stock and buffer tube would make it a complete lower I believe

Thanks TTT. I've been in the market and this is the best deal I've seen, especially when you factor in the free shipping and the LPK.

keep an eye out on the PSA site. Daily deals and better weekend deals, there is always something on sale. You can spend a few weekends and come out way ahead.
I hear good things about the blemished uppers. Hardly a mark on them from what I read. One of those and a stock set on sale you will be good to go. May or may not need a bolt carrier group and charging handle depending if the sale of the upper comes with those or not.
