Caught by a friend of a friend. Would have been a State record if they had kept it.

Oh sure... "would have been a state record if they had kept him"...or if right after the picture the dog hadn't taken a giant bite out of the thing, making it a distant third in the record books.

Something tells me that fish lives down in a deep hole between some rocks. I'm sure he only moves when the snow melt has the water up high. You don't get that big by being stupid.
