in NCAA 2004 (the best one) they had southern, southeastern, etc.

You can download them from Teambuilder, but basically you are subjecting yourself to whatever the team creator made the rankings.
You can make your own in Teambuilder as well, but then you are subjecting yourself to whatever ratings you make.

Forgot about '04 featuring DII and even some DIII schools. I played a dynasty with Nicholls State, what an awesome field in that John L. Guidry stadium.
