Is it necessary to lock everything down? Won't have TV or satellite in the bed of the truck but will have tents, grill, pots, burner and coolers.

if you leave that out in the open in the back of your truck, then there's a decent chance it won't be there the next morning...I'd lock it up somehow.

Run a steel cable or chain through everything and lock it o a tie down loop in the bed. $20 saves you hundreds. Also, expect your ice chest to be empty if you aren't man enough to empty it yourself before the game.

Yeah, there's no way I'd leave anything out in the open. I have people stay back and watch the game at my tailgate, and they tell me just about every game they see the same guy wandering around the lot looking around.

We have a pretty big tailgate group and a couple people always end up staying and watching it on the TV because they don't have tickets. That's the best situation

Surround grill, chairs, coolers by a pool of vomit and urine. As long as it ain't a Miss St. game you should be fine.

I typically break my setup down before the game and put it all in the truck...I do run a cable through everything and lock it up, but that just keeps the honest people honest...

never really had anything messed with except beers stolen from my ice chest...but my shite is not all set up and asking to be fricked with, either...
