Paddle boarder seen from causeway!

I'm on the causeway @ mile marker 12 and see a guy paddle boarding by himself with no boat in sight. Nasty squall approaching quickly. Prayers sent

I saw him too right at the 12 mile marker. Im an avid yaker and im not paddling 12 miles for shite. At least he had a life jacket on.
