At the Oregon game I walked in an hour before kickoff and there were tons of people already there. So I assume you can get in way, way ahead of time. And if you want to walk around and have a look at the place you'll need it. In that hour, I barely had time to do a 360 on one level, grab a beer and get to my seat before kickoff.
