You can only have one device utilizing the Sunday Ticket Max at a time.

Its from my previous two years of experience using Sunday Ticket Max. Every time I would try to watch a game on my laptop and redzone or another game on my phone/ipad it simply showed a message that another device was in use.

Oh, it's also real serious about blacking out local games. So regardless of where you are physically located when you use the program it will black out the local game from your "home address".

I had sunday ticket max last season, my brother helped me pay for it since he lives in Dallas and cannot get Directv in his condo because they can't get the dish to line up right. He used the ipad / apple TV route and I had it all on my TV. He could see the Saints game no problem even though my home address is in Louisiana

It's based on the location of the IP address. You might be able to proxy on the ipad or a jailbroken apple tv.
