Word is new greens for BCC in 2015. I would join again. Going to gut greens and make them bigger. Make 9 a par 5 on the back. Change 8 a little. Couple of other changes that I don't remember.

ETA: they need to cut some trees down the right of 11 so you can give the green a shot. Blow up greens 3 & 5

How's that. Going to move the tee box back into the trees towards 6 green. Can't be any worse than it already is. Ever play a big scramble out there. It's crazy.

Professor went to a meeting to discuss the future plans for the MSU course. He started asking my opinion today after the meeting. I rattled off like 5 changes I'd make.
He looked a bit surprised. Don't think he knew how much I played there.
He said they have some big plans for the course. Make it a more prominent part of the campus and community. Ill be long gone by the time they get going on the plans, but I'm happy to see the course have big plans. Really love the place.

You mean 9 or 18? 18 you could tuck into the trees a bit, moving 9 back would be a hiiiiiiiiiiighway to the danger zone

Told him to make the course par 72 a few ways.
There is a lot of open space behind 12 tees. It already plays 445 from tips. Push those tees back 100 yards and it would be a very hard par 5.
Open space behind 14 green and 15 tees. Push green back on 14 and make it a long par 5 (plays like 409 from tips). OB on left the length of 14 would make it very hard.
Push 15 tees back and left making a short to medium length dog leg right par 4.
I've put some thought into it.
