We are one day closer to opening day for bow season! Heading to woods tomorrow to check camera and tighten all lock-ons and do some camp work and scouting. How are y'lls preparations coming?

Bush hogged my two stands this morning. A new club for me this year. One of my places hasn't been hunted in about 4 years. Was a lot of work, but is looking good. Going to put a camera and a bag of corn out tomorrow.

This year has been as mild as I can ever remember here in Memphis. It has only been in the mid 90s a couple of times all year.

The boys are, not me. Corn and cameras out to see what is looking around. Checked on least year's green fields.... Bush hogging soon.

Haven't been down to the ranch in 6 weeks to check the cams we put out and its killing me. The protein hasn't been being hit as hard as usual because of all the rain we've had in south tx this summer so everything is pretty green. Lotta natural nutrients in the browse down there so not too worried about it. Our hand did say the doves are in there thick already
