It's The Neighbors and it ain't real close.
Community, The Middle, Modern Familly are all up there but I'm watching season one of the neighbors on hulu and pretty much every single episode is gold.

Don't Trust the B in Apt 23 was hilarious too though it got cancelled. I didn't know Van Der Beek was that funny. Show shoulda gotten Cougar Town'd to TBS or something.
