Evans and De Jong can go straight to Hull (not a typo)...

It doesn't say much though. Culd be a one month injury, at least I'm still hoping for that until worse results come back.

He hit knee to knee with a Panama player. Not sure how serious it is at the moment but he had to come out of the game.

But its the other knee that's injured.
I tend to think its very serious.

I feel terrible for Stu but I do think Mix is a better player at this moment.

It seemed like Stu wasn't right from the jump. Every ball he hit today was off.

The frightening thing about the injury is that there was no contact on that knee, so it was a plant/pop issue.

Sucks to say, but Stu is in John O'Brien-land until he puts a full season under him, somewhere.

Agreed. I wonder when will learn about the severity of this injury though.

What's keeping me optimistic is that he seemed happy in the post match pictures. He wouldn't have been smiling if the news was too bad. Hopefully it's just a light grade 1.

He walked off on his own.

This injury is already a better prognosis than his last two due to that fact alone.

That said, 80 of ACL injuries are non contact - mine was.

But again, he was walking around so I'm crossing my fingers that it's not serious.

I'd say tomorrow, might wait and see a specialist then. Even if it's the other knee I hate to see him have to go through this again.

Yep. Sucks for Holden but he's not somebody that we can count on. Better it happen now so that Mix and others can get more time with the NT before next summer.

Sadly, this. Mix will be even more motivated to shine this season and secure his spot, too.

Looks innocuous but I think I might see a bit of lateral movement with his knee. Hard to tell though.

Hopefully it's a hyper extension or something.

If it really is a sprain like Grant Wahl said, I'm not worried. He might miss a couple of games at the beginning of club season but that would be it.
