LSU article from ESPN.

Link

At the time Nick Saban bolted LSU for the Miami Dolphins in 2004, Tigers fans might have told you it was as if their former coach had left a lump of coal in their collective stockings.

That mindset was short-sighted.

In reality, what the Most Hated Coach in Baton Rouge left was the gift of a consistent winner, a program that had found its recruiting stride and a school that, if it found the right man to replace him, could continue winning big for the foreseeable future.

Saban did not leave a lump of coal. Not in 2004, at least.

In 2007? Now, that’s a different story.

I agree with everything he said. He's right. This is why I hate Saban. I haven't forgotten what he's done for LSU. I am very appreciative of him for his time here. But he is currently costing us national championships by coaching at Bama.

What a total crock of shite

Barely mention of the lies which speaks to character

No mention of a total bull shite rematch

No mention of scheduling comparison

No mention of recruiting budget comparison

No mention of the number of coaches and coaches assistants comparison

No mention of $abun culling his team through the use of medical discharges

What a hack

The fact is without LSU ......bama would not have even known the guy

That loud stomping of feet and high pitched squeal you hear is the Saban haters shrill but albeit predictable reaction.

When I read the title I thought the article would have been abot LSU's success and not Saban's. In a nut shell the article said that LSU is where we are today because of Saban and will all ways be second best now because of Saban.
