Pacific Rim cost $190 million to make and only made 38 million in the US and 53 worldwide. Is it a bust? The box office earnings will only go down.

I stopped Mrs. Amos from going to see it; I did my part.

Even if it has good word of mouth, I seriously doubt they make more than this week. The drop may not be as huge but that aren't making over 38 mil.

Knowing how dumb people are, I was shocked the Kevin James Zoo Keeper movie didn't break box office records. How did that fail but Paul Blart didn't?

People love the shite out of talking animals for some reason. Paul Blart is the only movie I've ever turned off

What a man jumping from one building onto another in a Segway isn't believable? Movie gold right there.

Man Sandler has been terrible for a LONG time and he's still making money. Amazing.

Not gonna lie, I went and saw "The Heat" this weekend and it was actually fairly funny. Caught me off guard. Melissa McCarthy is one of the few females I found funny.

I just got out of it.

It is what it is. A simple, child appropriate, family comedy. Nothing more, nothing less.

Shaq was funny in it.

I think people need to understand that films are made for certain audiences. Obviously, Sandler isn't making movies now where he sits around wondering how to make males in their mid-30s laugh. He's going after kids, and that's fine.

Same with Michael Bay for the most part. His target audience is teenage boys.

My wife and I enjoyed it. We laughed and that's what we wanted to do. We will probably buy it when it comes out on video because its a movie we can watch with the kids.

Why wasn't Rob Schneider in this one? Anyone know?
